Operational Terms of Service
Last revised: April 2026 :: Standard Calibration Protocol
1. Test Administration & Authorization
Access to the Voight-Kampff apparatus is restricted to authorized enforcement personnel. By initiating a test, the administrator warrants that the subject has been properly secured and that all legal requirements for empathy screening have been met.
Users must not use the test for recreational purposes or on domestic animals without a Class C permit.
2. Data Logging & Baseline Analytics
To refine our detection algorithms for later-model biological entities, we log baseline response data including latency, country of origin (subject location), and browser-derived iris fluctuation indicators.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored in the primary logging pipeline. This ensures subject confidentiality prior to any official "retirement" decision. All data is processed in accordance with the Off-World Security Act.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Voight-Kampff apparatus is a tool for probabilistic assessment. The provider assumes no liability for false positives, subject emotional distress, or any property damage/loss of life occurring during the "retirement" or "collection" phase following a positive test result.
Administrators proceed at their own risk when testing Nexus-6 models or higher.
